The Book review category demonstrates one way to change the style between categories in a Blogware blog - as well as showing sub-categories in action.

The Book category has it's own style and template, just demonstrating some of the things you can do with Blogware.

In addition, articles in this category also bubble up to higher categories, and and are visible in the Review and Main categories as well.

The simplest definition of "weblog" (or "blog" for short) is "a regularly-updated web page featuring entries arranged in reverse chronological order, with the most recent item appearing first." It's a little too simplistic, in the same way that "an electronic device that can perform large numbers of calculations at great speed" is an accurate yet inadequate definition of "computer".

We've assembled this set of links pointing to articles and essays that try to answer the question "what are weblogs?". We hope that you'll find them enlightening.

It's a web site management tool.

Blogware makes it easy to add, edit and organize information on your web pages, whether it's text, photographs or files.

It's a journal.

Some of the best stories out there are personal stories, and the growing popularity of weblogs will attest to that. Blogware makes it easy to enter, organize and publish your stories. Blogware also makes it easy for you to set how public your journal entries are -- you can keep them to yourslef, share them with your best friend, your circle of friends, or the whole world. ...
